Sales Tax Policy

Choice Mobility has a physical presence in Arlington Heights, IL.  By law, we are required to collect sales tax on items shipped within the state of Illinois.  If you have a valid doctor’s prescription for a qualified item it is possible we can refund the sales tax.  Contact customerservice@choicemobilityusa.com for directions on sending doctor’s prescription for review and potential refund of sales tax.
