Standard Delivery

Most items ship within 24 hours of ordering.  Tracking information is sent to you by email.  Typical delivery timeline for most items is 3-7 business days.  You will be notified if your item is out of stock or back ordered and alternative products will be recommended for your convenience. 


Some item deliveries may be able to be expedited by calling 877-989-2999. Next Day and 2nd Day delivery service is available for certain products. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and accepted by 10:00 A.M. CST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

International shipping is not available at this time. We cannot ship to Canada, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Guam.


Choice Mobility strongly recommends the Inside Delivery or White Glove Delivery service for larger items such as:

  • Lift Chairs
  • Power Wheel Chairs
  • Large Scooters
  • Patient Lifts
  • LTC Beds
  • Vehicle Lifts




Inside Delivery Service

May not be available in remote or rural areas.  This service includes delivery of your large or heavy item inside your ground level first threshold or garage.  The freight carrier cannot open the cartons to make the item fit through the door.  Make sure you have at least 36” for appropriate clearance to deliver your item. The Inside Delivery Service does not include un-boxing or setting up your product.  Freight carrier cannot carry your product up any stairs. You will be contacted directly by the freight delivery service company to schedule your delivery.  This option when available will show up during checkout in the shopping cart.  Add 2-3 additional days to delivery timeframe for this special delivery service.

White Glove Delivery

 May not be available in remote or rural areas.  White Glove service entails having your product shipped to a local field service technician in your area.  The tech will inspect and ensure the product is received in good condition.  The tech will schedule delivery of your product directly with you at a time that is convenient for you.  White Glove service includes placing the product into your home and placed in a location you designate.  The product will then be tested to ensure it is functioning properly.  The tech will remove packing materials.  This includes deliver for a maximum of 2 flights of stairs, unless a freight elevator is available.  White Glove service typically adds 7-10 business days to delivery timeframe.
